Construction Apprenticeship opportunity with K. Hovnanian Homes at K. Hovnanian’s Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC and K. Hovnanian’s Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC
, a designated Subsequent Developer by the City of Asbury Park. These projects will construct two condominium buildings in the City of Asbury Park: the Baltic community will have 17 units and the Aegean community will have 27 units.

• K. Hovnanian’s Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC and K. Hovnanian’s Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC are offering four (4) scholarships of $2,500 each for vocational training or academic education in real estate development or construction management. Recipients who have successfully completed the Apprenticeship are eligible for the scholarship. The Apprenticeship shall be with KH Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC and KH Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC, or a trade partner, in the field of construction management, or a related field.
