About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets to join our Finance team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fixed asset accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
, and maintaining accurate asset records to support financial reporting and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the tracking, recording, and reconciliation of fixed assets in the company’s accounting system.
  • Oversee capitalization, depreciation, and disposals of assets in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare detailed fixed asset reports and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and IT teams to maintain accurate asset data and streamline asset management processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in fixed asset accounting.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, capitalization, depreciation methods, and accounting for disposals.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Fixed Asset Module.
  • Background in large-scale or multinational asset management environments.
  • Proven ability to streamline processes and implement best practices.
