Job Responsibilities
The Outpatient Clinician provides personalized care and a broad range of comprehensive clinical services, empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals and making a meaningful impact on individuals and their families.
- Provides services and assessments in accordance with professional standards and requirements of licensing/accrediting bodies.
- Develops & implements clinical activities, including intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment and discharge planning, provision of therapy and case management, and facilitation of groups.
- Documents both group and individual patient care interventions and outcomes in a timely manner.
- Master's degree in social work, clinical counseling, or a related field.
- 1 year of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy services.
- Clinical license required (LPC or LCSW).
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and Electronic Health Records.
