The historic Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel is seeking experienced professionals for our Engineering & Maintenance department. Located in the heart of Asbury Park, our hotel is an iconic destination on New Jersey’s coast. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s vital systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and responding to guest's requests.

This is a hands-on position requiring routine inspections, repairs, and a proactive approach to maintaining the property at the highest standard.

Candidates will collaborate with the operations team to ensure that urgent issues are resolved efficiently, while also performing preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions for our guests. Although prior hotel engineering experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with relevant skills in maintenance or facilities management from other industries. We are looking for self-starters who excel at both independent problem-solving and team-based collaboration.
