Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg

Location: Bricktown, NJ

Duration: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)

Shift: 3x12 Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | 36 hours/week

Schedule: Every other weekend & holiday rotation required

Pay Range:

• Local:
  Up to $55/hr
• Traveler:
  Up to $63/hr

We are seeking an experienced Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse for a contract assignment in Bricktown, NJ. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced Med‑Surg environment, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patient needs and physician orders
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care
• Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient responses
• Accurately document care based on patient acuity, clinical standards, and unit priorities
• Serve as a patient advocate and uphold professional nursing practice models
• Support evidence‑based care standards and innovation in care delivery

• Active NJ RN License (must be in hand)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med‑Surg experience
• Education:
  
  ASN required; BSN preferred
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (AHA required)

• Night shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) required
• Holiday coverage required (Labor Day or 4th of July)
• Floating required; no on‑call responsibilities
• Patient Ratio: 6–7:1
