The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicating with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovering store areas.
• Providing excellent customer service following the GURA model:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Providing coverage during peak times, such as the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
• Work involves hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move throughout the store.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina to move quickly and safely.
