We're looking for a Concierge professional to help deliver and manage an exceptional resident experience at Sunningdale Park

- Sunningdale Park | New Build Homes Ascot | Berkeley.

Based at Larch Court, the role sits at the heart of a vibrant residential community, supporting a range of premium amenities designed to enhance everyday living. These include a dedicated concierge service, a fully equipped residents' gym, and a stylish residents' lounge that provides a welcoming space for residents to relax, work and socialise.

As the face of the development, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, professional and seamless experience for residents and visitors, helping to maintain the high standards that set Sunningdale Park apart.

This opportunity is being advertised on behalf of our management company, Encore. The successful candidate will join Encore directly as their employer.

The standard default full-time working hours in the concierge office are 7am-7pm, on rota basis, 4 days on 4 days off.

What You'll Be Doing Front of House Duties
  • Provide a warm, professional and visible front-of-house presence, welcoming residents, lessees, visitors and contractors and ensuring they feel supported from arrival.
  • Act as a first point of contact at the Concierge Desk and by telephone, responding to queries, maintenance issues, complaints, emergencies and resident requests in a helpful and timely manner.
  • Resolve front-of-house issues efficiently where possible, escalating matters to the Building Manager when required and keeping residents appropriately informed.
  • Support a positive resident experience by maintaining useful local supplier information and helping welcome new residents through site inductions, house rules and key development information.
Building Management
  • Support statutory compliance across the development, including routine checks, testing, record keeping and reporting in line with Health & Safety requirements, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and, where applicable, the Building Safety Act 2022.
  • Assist with fire safety and building checks, including fire doors, emergency lighting, fire alarms/smoke vents, lift alarms, meter readings, site walkarounds and uploading completed compliance records to Riskwise.
  • Report repairs, defects, safety concerns or security issues promptly to the Building Manager or contractors, ensuring areas are made safe, residents are informed where appropriate and records are accurate.
  • Support safe contractor management, including signing-in/out, s, permits, site access and monitoring work in line with site procedures and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Help maintain a secure and well-managed development by following entrance procedures, monitoring CCTV in line with UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018 requirements, managing keys, visitor badges, parcels, parking records and daily handovers.
  • Contribute to a clean, welcoming and well-presented environment by supporting lobby standards, notice boards, waste/refuse processes, resident events, community engagement and any mandatory role-related training.
Team Management
  • Work closely with the senior site team to support day-to-day priorities, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and contractors deliver against agreed service standards and KPIs.
  • Support effective team cover by following rota arrangements, helping to maintain service levels and contributing flexibly where required across the development.
  • Take an active role in performance reviews, team meetings and required training, completing records accurately and engaging positively with feedback.
  • Assist with reports and updates for the Facilities Manager, including key events, incidents, issue tracking and escalations.
  • Be a positive team player, supporting colleagues, subcontractors and new team members to maintain high standards and deliver an excellent service to residents, clients and the wider estate.
What you'll bring Essential
  • IT literate especially in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Good working knowledge of a concierge environment, preferably within prestigious residential development, hotel or commercial building.
  • Accountability: take personal responsibility for seeing things through to successful resolution. Don't sit back and assume others will solve it.
