A leading independent catering company in Ascot, UK, seeks a Sous Chef to join a school catering team. This role involves preparing high-quality meals for students. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery and have a genuine passion for fresh food. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3.30 pm, during term time plus 45 days.
