An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, medium-sized property developer based in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

This is an ideal role for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate looking to begin their career within a supportive and growing development business, gaining hands-on experience across residential projects from inception through to completion.

The Role

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:

* Assisting with cost planning and budgeting

* Preparing and reviewing tender documentation

* Supporting subcontractor procurement

* Valuations and payment applications

* Variations and cost control

* Assisting with final accounts

* Site visits and progress monitoring

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of development projects.

About You

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Eager to learn and develop within a commercial role

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
