The college are looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer.

• A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Domestic and Commercial Electrical Installation
• Substantial, relevant industry experience
• Experience in training or assessing
• Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using IT systems and digital tools
• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver Electrical Installations education in Further Education settings, foster an inclusive learning environment, and support learners to achieve their educational and career goals.
