Client Relationship Lead

Blu Omega is seeking a Client Relationship Lead to support our federal portfolio. This role operates within a federal staffing and program delivery environment and is responsible for end-to-end account management and client relationship development across assigned accounts. The position requires experience supporting account growth, program performance, and talent alignment within a mission-driven environment.

Blu Omega supports federal clients across Federal Health, Defense & Intelligence, Civilian, and National Security sectors by delivering IT services through strong client partnerships and high-performing talent.

• Develop and execute account growth strategies, including deepening current client engagements and establishing relationships with new buyers, stakeholders, and prospective clients
• Achieve annual growth and headcount expansion goals within assigned accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with client-side program managers, CORs, executives, and hiring managers
• Qualify and prioritize new task orders, job requisitions, and contract modifications
• Ensure delivery teams and recruiters are aligned on client expectations and program needs
• Coach and support clients throughout the contract and delivery lifecycle
• Conduct regular site visits and consultant check-ins to support retention and engagement
• Generate leads within accounts and prepare effective client-facing proposals
• Proactively market well-qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers
• Support pricing strategy and margin management to ensure profitability
• Partner with AR, finance, and contracts teams to resolve operational issues with clients
• Track consultant utilization, provide status updates, and manage performance escalations
• Act as the voice of the client internally to support successful outcomes across engagements

• 5+ years of experience in federal staffing, consulting, or delivery leadership
• Experience managing accounts, delivery performance, and program teams
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement, program delivery, and staffing models
• Exceptional communication, client engagement, and team coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
