As a local roofing contractor, we offer a wide range of residential and commercial roofing solutions in the DC Metro area.

Certified by Firestone/Elevate, Mule-Hide, Duradek, Certain Teed, GAF, we ensure high-quality installation and extended warranty coverage for our roofing systems. Daily Responsibilities:
Perform take-offs and prepare estimates for commercial roofing projects. Commerical Roofing Sales Generate construction drawings and develop project scopes Create punch out lists and oversee project closeout processes Review submittals, change orders, and requests for information

Required Skills:

Experience with Plan Swift and Bluebeam software Knowledge of project scheduling and bidding processes Ability to interpret construction drawings and develop scopes Strong understanding of project controls and building information modeling Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and building construction techniques Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with construction management and preconstruction activities Familiarity with project management software and scope development
