We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team in Ashburn, VA.
Responsibilities- Perform take-offs and prepare estimates for commercial roofing projects.
- Commerical Roofing Sales
- Generate construction drawings and develop project scopes
- Create punch out lists and oversee project closeout processes
- Review submittals, change orders, and requests for information
- Experience with Plan Swift and Bluebeam software
- Knowledge of project scheduling and bidding processes
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and develop scopes
- Strong understanding of project controls and building information modeling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and building construction techniques
- Experience with construction management and preconstruction activities
- Familiarity with project management software and scope development
