Laborer (Hourly)

Holder Construction is seeking Laborers for multiple projects in Ashburn, VA.

• Loading/unloading of deliveries
• Handling/moving jobsite materials
• Cleaning/preparing work spaces
• Digging
• Assisting safety professionals
• Assisting carpenters
• Other various jobsite operations

• 1 year of construction experience
• Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge
• Primary support to field supervision; demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks, professionalism, and critical thinking to solve issues

• Agile/mobile, alert, stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights
• Read/write, and have the ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50‑100 lbs., 75% of the time
• Work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment; work outside; be willing to work overtime and weekend hours
