BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Northern Virginia - Loudoun West)
Job Summary:
Golden Hartz ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a skilled BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Ashburn, VA. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting our clinical team members, ensuring high-quality services for our clients. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality services.
Conduct clinical assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism.
Provide ongoing supervision and consultation to BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring competence in assessment, intervention, and data collection.
Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Participate in treatment team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for client care.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and staff training.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
