LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an organization in Ashburn, VA, and assisting them search for a new Senior HR Business Partner to join their growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead at a pivotal moment in the digital transformation era. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in shaping HR initiatives that drive business success.
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you are leading client groups with effective strategies for talent management, performance management, succession planning, leadership coaching and development, headcount planning and organization design. You will be a liaison between HR and business leaders, providing expert HR advice and support to ensure alignment with HR practices and business objectives. You will work closely with corporate HR functions to implement value added activities that drive business objectives through people.
- Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and consultation to drive key people and strategic priorities.
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, organization design, and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Champion a performance-driven culture through goal setting, talent reviews, and annual performance processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Travel to client groups as needed (approximately 25% annually).
- 10+ years of HR management experience with a focus on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - PHR certification or equivalent; SPHR preferred.
- Global HR experience is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to implement HR initiatives in a dynamic, growing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
