Lead Recruiter - Specializing in hiring linguists
Would you like to join a team of professionals who are eager to help build a fast growing company in Loudoun County, VA? Do you have experience finding, sourcing and placing linguists?

The Opportunity:
* Source, qualify and assist linguists who can get their clearance (SSBI).
* This covers all types of linguists who may speak any number of different languages.
* Act as a lead / mentor to other recruiters on the team!
* Help assign and manage work flow.
* Understand best practices, candidate closing, good with technology and reporting to executives.
Salary up to $95,000. Great opportunity to build your management experience.
Location:
On site in Loudoun County, VA.
Pay:
Depends on experience.
