• Serve as the investigative liaison for 40 Rapid Response Retainer (RRR) customers, providing consistent communication with the investigative response team
• Respond to customer requests for emergency support and cybersecurity services, including incident response plan assessments
• Conduct technical and executive breach simulations and provide computer forensic training
• Manage relationships and expectations for multiple customers while delivering high-quality service
• Synthesize and present complex data to non-technical audiences effectively

• Experience in Cybersecurity Incident Response
• Proven ability to create and review Incident Response Plans and Playbooks
• Strong communication skills with experience briefing high-level executives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical, qualitative, and quantitative reasoning skills

• Experience creating and conducting tabletop exercises for breach simulations
• Proven track record of managing relationships with numerous customers simultaneously
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and knowledge-sharing skills
