QA Testing​/Analyst; W2

Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Identify E2E scenarios that exercise operational and business work flows for different products.

• Work with Dev teams, PMs, product owners to develop and execute, acceptance and E2E test plans.

• Develop test scripts to automate the E2E workflows in an Agile SDLC environment.

• Develop well-commented, easy to maintain code that can be reused across a sub-system or feature.

• Optimize test cycle efficiency & add test automation into the continuous delivery pipeline.

• Develop and distribute professional test results and status reports.

• Take complete ownership for delivering test automation for key functionalities and ensure cross-functional co-ordination across Product, Development, Dev Ops, QA as needed to maintain test suite, report test failures etc.

• Work closely with rest of the QA team and provide technical guidance to peer QE members as needed.

• Run manual tests for scenarios that cannot be automated.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Selenium (and/or Java) as a developer or as a QA engineer

• Deep understanding of cloud based RESTful Web Services.

• Ability to do code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the commits.

• Experience working with different API tools.

• Ability to dig deeper into test failures and work with developers to identify root cause.

• Excellent Team player with strong collaboration skills.

• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.

• Exceptional written, oral & presentation skills.

• Ability to learn new languages/frameworks quickly.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience

• Experience with GIT, Agile methodologies, JIRA, Continuous integration systems such as Jenkins.

• Experience guiding team members.

• Experience in handling XMls
