Role
Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Analyst to support the MVP phase of a Data Health Assessment (DHA) effort. This role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to capture key data health metrics, align reporting requirements, and maintain consistency across monitoring tools and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with data-centric initiatives and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to identify and document data health metrics
- Convert complex technical details into accessible, business-ready insights and materials
- Coordinate the tracking of data metric sources, definitions, and update schedules
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders by providing clear and comprehensive documentation
- Ensure coherence across dashboards, scorecards, and other internal reporting mechanisms
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and documentation within technical projects
- Experience supporting enterprise data or reporting initiatives
- Ability to work across teams to gather and synthesize requirements effectively
- Comfort with data visualization platforms; experience with Amazon Quick Sight is helpful but not required
