Network Program Manager Location :
Springfield, VA / Ashburn, VA Requirements:
* Background Eligibility and Clearance Status:
Background investigation (No Felony conviction for 36 months, no illegal drug use within 12 months, no criminal misconduct 12 months, no liens/ bankruptcy within 10 years). Active Secret or Top Secret is a plus.
* Years of experience : A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions and multiple complex and inter-related projects for a large, complex Federal agency.
* Degree :
Bachelor's degree in related technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking and Telecommunications.
* Certifications :
Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP

Job Description and Responsibilities:
The Network Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the successful delivery of task order requirements throughout the period of performance, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for a national law enforcement agency.
* Serves as the Contractor's Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
* Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, and complex and inter-related project tasks.
* Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
* Maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
* Meets with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
* Responsible for Quality Management.
* Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
* Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks. The Network Program Manager highly desired qualifications are:
