Shift: Day shift for the first 90 days for training purposes. After that, the shift will rotate every three months between days and nights.

• Equipment Maintenance and Repairs: perform routine maintenance on data center equipment and identify and address equipment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors and specialists for complex repairs and equipment replacements.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: work with technical teams to diagnose and resolve issues and document incidents and lessons learned.
• Preventive Maintenance and Upgrades: execute cleaning, testing, inspecting tasks to prevent problems and assist in scheduled upgrades.
• Equipment Inventory Management: maintain accurate records of hardware assets, track inventory, and order replacement parts.
• Monitoring and Alarm Response: monitor temperature, humidity, power usage and security systems, respond to alarms, and investigate root causes.

  coordinate maintenance scheduling, installations and repairs with external vendors and contractors.
• Compliance and Safety: follow procedures and guidelines to meet industry standards and safety regulations.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: participate in planning activities and help keep operations ready for emergencies.
• Support to Senior Technicians and Engineers: provide assistance on projects and share knowledge.
• Facility Organization: keep the data center environment clean, organized, and properly labeled.
• Other duties as assigned.

• General maintenance skills or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Ability to learn additional software.
• Working knowledge of the English language – written and verbal communication.
• Ability to respond promptly to on‑call situations.
• Excellent time‑management skills – manage and prioritize multiple projects.

The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is $62,101 – $90,046 annually, based on experience.
