Sr. ServiceNow Developer- DHS CBP Public Trust OR TS​/SCI- Hybrid Ashburn, VA

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Service Now Developer to join a Government Consulting company located in Ashburn, VA through a hybrid work environment (onsite 2-3 days per week). The Senior Service Now Developer will design, configure, and implement Service Now modules and integrations to support DHS mission objectives and modernization initiatives.

• Develop and configure Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, etc.) to meet mission requirements.
• Build workflows, dashboards, catalog items, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Implement automation and performance improvements across Service Now capabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript using Glide API (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs).
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and scripted transforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; estimate and deliver within Scrum sprints.
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508 standards.

• Experience:
  
  7+ years of development experience, including 3+ years in a senior Service Now developer role.
• Skills:
  
  Service Now architecture, scripting, integrations (APIs, web services, MID servers), automation, and performance tuning.
• Certifications:
  
  Service Now Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer (Architect certifications preferred).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline OR 3+ years of relevant specialized experience.
• Clearance:
  Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance (any agency) OR ACTIVE DHS CBP OR ICE Public Trust clearance.

Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000/ year depending on experience
