Director, IT Solutions

• Location:Hybrid - within a commutable distance of Ashburn, VA
• Compensation: 130,000 - $170,000 + bonus
• Reports to: Chief Information Officer

SSP America is seeking a Director, IT Solutions to lead enterprise technology strategy across cybersecurity, enterprise and field architecture, product ownership, and cloud platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the integration, security, and performance of IT systems supporting a complex, distributed hospitality operation.

This role partners closely with senior leadership and represents North America in coordination with our global parent organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and execution across enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, product ownership, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
• Oversee and mentor technical leaders and product owners
• Drive secure, scalable, and integrated solutions across multiple platforms and vendors
• Own architecture standards, roadmaps, and major solution design decisions
• Partner with business and operations leaders to deliver technology aligned to operational needs
• Manage external vendors, MSPs, and SaaS partners with clear governance and SLAs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership and/or architecture roles
• Broad expertise across cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and collaboration tools
• Proven ability to design and implement integrated solutions across vendors and technologies
• Experience supporting hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations is a plus
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full-time, exempt role
• Hybrid - within a commutable distance of Ashburn, VA area
• Approximately 20% travel across the U.S. and Canada
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and meet airport security requirements

Compensation

Competitive executive-level compensation, including base salary and bonus, commensurate with experience.
