Cyrus One is seeking a Service Delivery Technician I to join our Ashburn, VA team. You will handle incoming calls and emails, log tickets, assist with shipping, receiving, and on-site tasks, and support facility operations for our clients’ infrastructure.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, learn new product skills, and be on-call for after-hours support and emergency situations. Prior customer service in tech is preferred; high school diploma required.
