You will oversee customer order processing, respond to inquiries, handle changes, and ensure accurate reporting while collaborating with sales, procurement, finance, warehouse and support teams to maintain smooth fulfillment.
Responsibilities include inputting orders, confirming pricing, sending acknowledgements, and distributing daily/weekly reports on open orders.
