• Coordinate and manage assigned engagements ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Apply technical expertise to identify solutions and maintain high work quality.
• Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and professional standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist in business development activities and marketing efforts.
• Prepare professional correspondence and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate time entry and comply with billing processes.
• Participate in quality control processes such as peer review and audit.
• Travel as required for client engagements and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA certification (required).
• CCIFP certification preferred.
• Experience with Inflo preferred.
• Strong technical understanding and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, with demonstrated time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of firm policies and procedures.
