Qualifications & Requirements:

• Virginia-Licensed CNA (Mandatory for consideration)
• Work location:
  
  McLean, Virginia - Private Home Care as an employee of our agency
• Memory Care experience a plus (Alzheimer’s)
• Hoyer Lift experience necessary
• Patience and congeniality essential; pleasant bedside manner with ability to engage in conversation and activities
• Availability:
  Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, every weekend (mandatory)
• Hourly rate: $15 - $19, plus bonuses
• Signing bonus after probationary period
• Option for Zay Zoon salary on-demand/next-day pay or weekly
• Full-time hours available

  Spanish and English-speaking a plus
• Must deliver VIP Concierge Level Home Health Care in private homes
• Experience in Assisted Living Memory Care is a plus
• Uniform: scrubs, mask, badge during all working hours
• COVID-19 vaccination mandatory; valid CDC card required
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Follow Care Plan and shift task list for care delivery and companionship
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB test (within last 2 years) required

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
