Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Prior experience in a school setting or pediatrics preferred
• Ability to deliver personalized nursing care in a 1:1 capacity
• Strong communication skills to interface with students, staff, and families
• Current CPR certification
• Organized, compassionate, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, daily nursing care and health monitoring for your assigned student
• Administer medications and medical treatments as ordered by physicians
• Address medical emergencies and offer first aid as needed during school hours
• Develop and implement health care plans in collaboration with school personnel and parents
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Educate and advise school staff on medical protocols relevant to the student's needs
