Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to mothers and newborns in a family-centered Labor & Delivery setting. You will manage patient needs from admission through postpartum, partnering with obstetric, anesthesia, and neonatal teams to ensure safe, coordinated care.
Key Duties- Perform triage and assess laboring patients
- Provide support during active labor
- Monitor fetal status and respond to clinical changes
- Assist with delivery and coordinate immediate newborn care
- Deliver postpartum nursing care and support recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes
- Current RN license
- Strong clinical judgment in obstetric and newborn care
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice
