Grill Cook (Front or Back Grill) role at Nando's PERi-PERi North America
. Full-time and part-time hours are available.

• Grillers take full ownership for the daily preparation and execution of food items in their station and provide an exceptional Nando’s experience by efficiently and consistently producing the highest quality chicken and other menu items.
• Follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards to ensure the best possible product is produced and executed.
• Work with the service team to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Be a team player who assists others and supports a positive, collaborative environment.

• Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
• Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Basic English language and professional communication skills are required

• Able to independently lift up to 15 lbs for an extended period
• Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Hand-eye coordination
• Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
• Pushing and pulling
• Lifting overhead
• Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

• Competitive base wage plus average of $3-$4 in tips per hour worked
