• Starting salary: $15.00/hour + sales commission & bonus

• We’re open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm

The Experience Guide is responsible for the seamless flow of the guest experience. This includes but is not limited to greeting and assisting guests regarding services and products, booking appointments, selling memberships and massage enhancements, and handling payment for services performed.

• Provide top‑level service for guests and team members.
• Accurately book massage appointments, edit and cancel services as well as and check guests in and out.
• Actively drive enhancement, membership, and gift card sales by educating guests about our services, memberships, and retail offerings. If you are uncomfortable in a retail sales environment this job is not for you.
• Open/close the boutique each day according to standard operating procedures.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well‑organized work and guest area.
• Perform light cleaning as needed.

• Retail sales and service‑related experience preferred.
• Ability to be efficient and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication skills including actively listening, empathizing, and being the subject matter expert for all things The NOW.
• Possesses problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High school degree or equivalent.
