Base Pay Range: $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding expectations.
• Process, package, and stock products according to Grocery Standards.
• Clean work areas and provide customer service while unloading stock and reloading salvage.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be provided.
• High school diploma, GED, or one to three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to complete required training and collaborate with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Mathematical skills: add and subtract two‑digit numbers using units of American money and weight.
• Reasoning ability: apply common‑sense understanding to execute detailed written or oral instructions.
• Completion of company training, including orientation, customer service network, safety, and product knowledge.

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear; lift or move up to 60 pounds; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Requires close vision, color, and depth perception.

Frequent exposure to wet, hot, or cold conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, chemicals; moderate noise level.
