We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is highly interactive and customer-facing, with a primary focus on connecting with customers at our retail partner locations and setting qualified leads for in-home consultations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, building rapport, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

• Proactively engage with customers at retail partner locations
• Educate customers on products and services in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and set qualified leads for follow-up appointments
• Represent the company professionally and consistently with brand standards
• Track and document customer interactions and leads accurately
• Collaborate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence while interacting with the public

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Majority of shifts will take place Friday through Sunday
