At Stretch Zone, we help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness through practitioner-assisted stretching. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and helping grow our membership base.

• Location: Stretch Zone Ashburn
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Day shifts only
• Availability: Morning and afternoon shifts
• Training: Required online training followed by in-person training

• Provide practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone techniques.
• Conduct booked demonstration sessions and convert demos into paying memberships.
• Confidently present membership options and close sales.
• Make follow-up phone calls to prospective members to encourage sign-ups and reconnect with leads.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Educate clients about the benefits of stretching and available membership options.
• Work toward sales goals and contribute to studio growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable selling memberships and making follow-up calls.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Interest in fitness, health, or wellness is a plus.
• No previous stretching experience required; training will be provided.
