• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any necessary actions on site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and the surrounding areas to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues encountered during patrols within the tech and media location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site policies.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
