What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications for the site, including radio, phone, and electronic systems, to support security-related operations.
  • Dispatch security personnel to various locations within the financial institution as needed in response to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities, incidents, and communications during the shift to support incident response and reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, providing support and information to security personnel and site management.
  • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information to employees, visitors, and contractors as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, following established protocols.
Minimum Requirements
  • Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
  • Possess a college degree.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
