Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician with strong skills in fiber optics and structured cabling
. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial data center environments
, with the ability to terminate jacks and RJ45 connectors and accurately distinguish color codes
.

• Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber cabling.
• Perform hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with team members and follow project timelines.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights (up to 20 feet).
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs frequently
  .
• Maintain regular and on‑time attendance.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach regularly.
• Comfortable carrying and climbing ladders up to 20 feet.
• Willingness to work in tight spaces and versatile environments.

• Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions.
• Proactive, dependable, and efficient time management.
• Strong accountability for safety and quality.
• Positive attitude and solid team player.
• High attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial data center environments.
• Fiber optic experience preferred.
• Basic commercial cabling experience (RJ45 termination).
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range is $20.00 – $35.00/hr eligible employees may receive medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident & hospital cover, 401(k) plan, life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and paid time off.
