Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.
Communicate with customers professionally, clearly explaining findings and solutions.
Support sales by identifying opportunities for upgrades, maintenance plans, and additional services.
Troubleshoot HVAC issues and help ensure high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in HVAC systems.
Excitement about a long-term career in the trades.
Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and offering customer-focused recommendations.
Positive, customer-first attitude.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work well in a team.
Valid driver’s license (must be 21+).
