Field Service Representative

We are seeking a Field Service Representative with good communication and technical skills to perform routine meter services for water, sewer, and reclaimed customers to ensure accurate meter performance and customer satisfaction. This includes general customer service fieldwork up to and including reading and installing meters, performing necessary equipment tests and repairs, and assisting customers within the service area.

• Graduation from High School.
• Proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office programs.
• General plumbing knowledge and/or skills preferred.
• Must be detail oriented, an independent thinker with a positive attitude.
• A team player willing to be flexible and complete tasks as assigned.
• Must be able to work On-Call.

• Possession of a valid driver's license;
  Ability to obtain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification and other certifications as needed.
• Work overtime as required to carry out job responsibilities and duties.
• Responds to all Field Services emergencies promptly and as needed.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, climb ladders and lift 50 pounds.
