Schedule/Shift: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Pay: Up to $24 per hour
Position Type: Contract to hire

We are seeking Structured Cabling Data Center Technicians to support cabling installation and connectivity within a data center environment. This role requires knowledge of fiber optic cabling, attention to safety, and effective teamwork and communication. Technicians will follow site requirements and coordinate with team members to complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.

• Support the installation, routing, dressing, labeling, and organization of structured cabling.
• Assist with fiber optic cabling connections and related connectivity tasks.
• Follow installation instructions and site standards to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report cabling issues, connectivity concerns, and safety hazards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures and access requirements.

• Knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optic connectivity.
• Ability to follow installation instructions and site procedures.
• Safety awareness and commitment to complying with site requirements.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail when handling, routing, and labeling cables.
• Availability to work onsite for 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
