Supervisory duties will include directing and guiding on-site personnel, monitoring productivity, and maintaining compliance with established procedures for supply procurement.

The role requires flexibility, as travel between multiple job sites is necessary, with occasional night and weekend work to meet project timelines.

To excel as a Plumbing Foreman, candidates must have completed a four-year plumbing apprenticeship and possess a valid journeyman plumbing license. A minimum of two years' experience in commercial plumbing installation is required, with a strong background in no-hub and PVC piping, as well as bathroom fixture installation. The successful candidate must be physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds, climbing ladders, and working at heights, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

A valid driver's license is necessary for traveling between locations, and all candidates will be subject to a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
