B&A is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting US Customs and Border Protection.

• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another relevant subject
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on user interface development within the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce Platform Developer Credential

• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
• Experience with data driven applications and relational databases
• Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Java script and jQuery
• Software engineering skills with  Platform (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred
• Experience with Model View Controller (MVC) and Lighting Component Framework
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Familiar with testing, debugging, and deploying code into multiple available environments

• Experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, Inter Action, Sales Logix, Oracle On-Demand, SAP etc.) preferred
• Additional Sales Force Developer Credentials desired

• Candidate must be eligible for a DHS (CBP) Security Clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• Current clearance highly preferred.
