About the RoleYou will be part of our newly formed Global cash team servicing 23 countries across the world, allocating and processing cash receipts across multiple currencies.
Main Responsibilities- Allocate global customer receipts.
- Assist with bank reconciliation.
- Manage receipt allocation from Pay Pal and other alternative payment platforms.
- Manage direct debit processing.
- Support bad‑debt provision posting.
- Support collections and account stop‑overs.
- Handle card payments over the phone.
- Participate in team projects to standardise processes.
- Experience in a cash handling or AR role.
- Experience working with multiple currencies.
- Proficient English language skills (other languages an asset).
- Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work with a segregated team across different time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail.
- Service orientation.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
