Site Agent

Hays Civil Engineering are partnering with a leading infrastructure contractor delivering a major water transmission project. We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to support the successful delivery of a significant pipeline scheme, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project and play a key role in the management of pipeline, tunnelling and associated civil engineering works.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations across pipeline and tunnelling activities
Manage subcontractors, labour and plant resources
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
Coordinate confined space activities and permit systems
Monitor programme performance and drive delivery against key milestones
Manage site documentation, inspections and reporting requirements
Work closely with engineering, commercial and project management teams
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contract specifications and industry regulations Essential

First Aid at Work
Medium Risk Confined Spaces Certification (City & Guilds / EUSR or equivalent)
