Account Coordinator

Pay Rate: £13.87 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday
- Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Hours per Week: 37.5 hours

Contract: Permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Account Coordinator to join our client, a well-established global logistics company based in Measham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

As an

Account Coordinator
, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting key accounts, ensuring customer requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.

• Inputting bookings from customers
• Liaising with customers and business partners
• Handling customer queries and complaints
• Working with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Ensuring customer requirements are met
• Producing and monitoring KPIs where required
• Facilitating customer service activities
• Maintaining accurate records and information
• Building positive working relationships with customers and internal teams

• Previous Customer Service experience is essential
• Knowledge or experience within the transport/logistics industry would be advantageous
• Strong customer-focused approach
• Ability to remain positive and professional under pressure
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and courteous telephone manner
• Reliable and committed approach to work
