Salary: £19,920 OTE

• Provide first-class service delivering high‑standard therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments including facials, massages, and nail treatments.
• Maximise treatment and retail sales to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service exceeding guest expectations.
• Provide ultimate client care, maximizing revenue opportunities per targets and seek support when required.
• Offer professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events, recommending appropriate home‑care advice.
• Carry out all spa treatments to required standards, ensuring proper treatment times and staying up‑to‑date with product developments.
• Follow Champneys protocols and training programs, attending required courses for your therapist grade and offering all treatments a spa therapist should provide.
• Maintain working areas, ensuring equipment is functional and clean; report defects to maintenance and manager; adhere to Health and Safety regulations using safe work practices.
• Collaborate constructively with manager and receptionists on daily treatment schedules, changes, additions, and shift changes.

Must hold Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification. Massage experience essential.
