Occupational Health Advisor

OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a multi-site in-house Occupational Health & Wellbeing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a proactive wellbeing and OH service across several busy manufacturing sites, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week from home and 1 day per week at the client site located in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. There is travel required to 2 other sites close by, but this will be on an as and when needed basis.

• Deliver a full OH remit including case management, health surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide professional OH advice and solutions to managers and HR teams.
• Analyse health data to support targeted wellbeing campaigns and interventions.
• Support Employee Relations and organisational change through effective consultation.
• Work alongside HR and H&S to review OH policies and processes.
• Travel across Ashby, Leominster and Uttoxeter with mileage expenses reimbursed.

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC Part 3 registration (Occupational Health).
• Experience delivering OH services within a fast-paced environment (manufacturing desirable).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High-quality clinical judgement and report-writing skills.
• Organised, proactive and passionate about employee wellbeing.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
