We’re looking for a Data Lead to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

Who are we?
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Data Lead to join our ERP transformation programme on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit a seasoned transformation professional with a strong track record of leading complex ERP data programmes within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Working closely with the Finance Data Lead and wider Project team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, governance, quality and migration of non-financial data across KP Snacks. Covering areas such as Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing and Customer data, you'll play a critical role in ensuring data is accurate, governed effectively and ready for a successful transition into our new ERP platform.

You'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive high-quality outcomes across multiple work streams, helping to shape the future of how data supports our business.

What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

Competitive annual salary, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 7.5%), plus a £6,000 car allowance.

KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions

25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years’ service

Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme

Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel

KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support

Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

What will you be doing?

Lead the non-financial data workstream across our ERP transformation programme

Define and deliver the data strategy for manufacturing, supply chain, operations and customer data, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, business requirements and implementation timelines

Drive data governance, quality and migration activities

Lead data cleansing, validation, mapping and migration activities whilst establishing governance frameworks, data standards and controls that ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the programme lifecycle

Build strong relationships across KP Snacks and the wider programme

Partner with business leaders, functional teams, subject matter experts and Group stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, communicate progress and drive successful delivery

Provide leadership across multiple data work streams

Coordinate cross-functional activities, prioritise complex dependencies, manage risks and issues, and create an environment of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Support ERP integration and future data capability

Work closely with technical teams to support data architecture, master data management, system integration and the adoption of best practice data management approaches across the organisation

We’d love to hear from you if you can…
