Housekeeping Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home.
• Vacuum, mop, and polish floors; perform general upkeep of communal areas and residents’ bedrooms.
• Maintain housekeeping stocks for day‑to‑day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Work closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring residents are kept happy.

• Take pride in ensuring work is completed to a high standard and maintain an organised environment.
• Capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously and comfortable with multitasking.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure residents remain satisfied with the care environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home.
